Stepan Boltalin

Stepan Boltalin is a technology entrepreneur, CEO of Notch Interfaces Inc. Since founding Notch Stepan has pushed the frontiers of wearable computing and digital health, winning industry awards from Intel, Microsoft, and others. His work has been featured by mainstream media from FastCo to Wall Street Magazine, as well as leading tech publications worldwide. Boltalin also sits on the Global Esports Federation’s Digital Technology and Innovation Committee. Besides tech and product development Stepan is also a screenwriter, writer, and trains powerlifting and martial arts.

Eszter Ozsvald

Founder and CTO of Notch, a wearable system for capturing and analyzing human movement in 3D. Currently leading development across manufacturing, sensor hardware, firmware, and AI-driven feedback systems for strength training, fitness, and rehabilitation.

Experienced in MEMS sensor technology, PCB design, design for manufacturing, and building scalable production pipelines. Comfortable working across technical depth and product strategy, from early prototypes to full-scale manufacturing.

Background in Mechatronics and Industrial Design Engineering. Holds a master’s degree from NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program. Previously built developer tools and interactive textiles exhibited at venues like SIGGRAPH, ISEA, and Issey Miyake Tribeca.

Focused on creating tools, products, and nutrition concepts that feel slightly ahead of their time - spanning motion technology, wearable systems, and alternative protein development.

In her free time, she trains Muay Thai and plays bass.
